It can be hard but just take the time to observe what stage your group is at and trust that they will manage issues as they arise. However, if by day 4 they are not managing the issue and there is unaddressed complaining in the group you will need to address this.
Experienced facilitators know the stages of the group process so don’t “freak out” when they see them being displayed, especially the storming and mourning sessions. What are some behaviours you think you might witness during these stages, storming, mourning?
Your authority and confidence will carry the group through any problem times, remember good facilitation can make or break an event.
The group is the priority, meaning you cannot put the needs of one person over the needs of the whole group!
