Client mentioned assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Vibrant Women, Tammie Day and the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed travel.
Vibrant Women and Tammie Day, shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of Vibrant Women or Tammie Day .
It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, it is compulsory that you do this if you wish to travel with us.
If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Vibrant Women or Tammie Day except as stated herein.
Vibrant Women and Tammie Day are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Cancellation by Vibrant Women
Vibrant Women will do its utmost to never cancel a retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason Vibrant Women were to ever cancel a retreat, guests are welcome to move retreat dates or their payment would be refunded in full.
Cancellations by guests
Up until 30 days before the start of the retreat A $1000AUD non-refundable deposit will be retrained. For 30 days or less $2500AUD will be forfeited as it is unlikely we will be able to refill this place at such short notice, therefore travel insurance is compulsory.
Permission to Use Video and Photographs – I agree that Vibrant Women may use such photographs and video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. Please note no images of you will be used unless you have seen them first and agreed to their use.
