- If the mood is low, bring peoples spirits back up with some movement, dancing, shaking and how about some laughter therapy!
- Invite people to take a deep breath

- If someone has disclosed some trauma and the group has been affected you can try an EFT process (guided visualisation to create distance around a situation)
