We always do our best to make sure all guests enjoy their retreat or sight seeing tour, however there are some things we cannot be responsible for. Please see our terms and conditions below.
Guests assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Vibrant Women, Tammie Day and the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed travel.
Vibrant Women and Tammie Day, shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of Vibrant Women or Tammie Day.
It is the travellers responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, this is compulsory.
If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Vibrant Women or Tammie Day except as stated herein.
We specifically recommend that foreigners travelling abroad do so with a valid Passport expiring more than six month following the departure date.
Vibrant Women and Tammie Day are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Cancellation by Vibrant Women
Vibrant Women will do its utmost to never cancel a retreat or sightseeing tour, but if for some unforeseen reason Vibrant Women were to ever cancel a trip, guests are welcome to move dates or their payment would be refunded in full.
Cancellations by guests
Each trip has it’s own cancellation policy. Please check the webpage under cancellation policy and also at the bottom of the registration and payment pages for details.
Payment of your deposit indicates your agreement to the cancellation policy.
The deposit required at the time of booking is in the currency the retreat is priced in, the remainder is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the retreat unless otherwise stated. You may also choose a payment plan. Once your place has been confirmed you will be forwarded an email with payment options.
